And this floral top is authentic from the late 1990s or early 2000s - one owner, me! It has been in storage for over 15 years. It is in excellent vinatge condition. The blouse is white/semi-see-through with a semi-delicate blue and white floral pattern. It was my go-to item during summer months with my low cut blue jeans or mini skirts. In the photo it appears to be off white, but it is really white. This blouse/top buttons up the middle and features cap sleeves. The tag says size is M, but I think it runs small. The chest measures 19 inches flat, and it measures about 22 inches long. Please see photos as I do my best to accurately convey condition.
