Description: Flowers Inc. Balloons Blue and White Gingham Hand Painted Teapot w/Blue Flowers. This is such a pretty teapot but It's time for me to let it go. It is in good shape and has minor wear which can be seen in the photos. The top rim has a few scratches in the glaze that look like cracks. The lid has two lips on it so you have to spin them to the open spot to remove it. It makes it great for pouring but I always had to remind myself about it when removing the lid. When it's been used we got about 8 European 6 oz. cups out of it. When we used coffee mugs we got 4 and when we used regular 8 oz cups we got almost 6 out of it. That's leaving room for milk and sugar. Without a tea cozy this tends to cool down around the 30-45 min. mark, but I like steaming tea. Please look over the photos carefully as this is a pre-owned item.
