This book is in good condition and has a slight separation of the binding with NO loose pages at the front edge and a single loose page at the back of the book (the last page), a somewhat brittle glue binding but with no loose pages except the last, a very light crease on the center of the spine edge, a tiny thumb crease on the lower right edge of the front surface and just light shelfwear otherwise but no other significant imperfections!
