I have over 640 positive feedbacks and have had no issues, until now. I emailed both of the people proof that the item was sent and they both opened cases against me anyways. One I had tracking on so I caught this person and they did not win the case, but the other one, though I had proof that it was sent, eBay said I did not have proof that they received it, so they refunded the persons money. All this being said I am adding tracking/delivery confirmation to ALL of my items from this point on. According to eBay it is the only way I can prove that an item arrived after I sent it. Sorry to all the honest folks but I can’t take the chance of losing big money to the few dishonest folks. This will add a cost of .80 to my auctions.
