Put the seal onto the end of the crankshaft and also screw the J-44642 installer into the crankshaft. Turn the forcing screw so the body of the tool can push on seal until it bottoms in the block. Direct Replacement: This tool is alternative to J-44642 rear crankshaft oil seal and wear sleeve installer.
