There are a bunch of tiny specks/spots underneath the glass (more specks can be seen with a loupe than in the scan) that can't be cleaned off unless the slide mount was torn open to get to the film. There are also some tiny bubbles that can be seen on the film in places with a loupe and some fine webbed spots and lines.
