Here is a genuine fossil fly from the ancient Fossil Lake, Green River Formation, Wyoming. From the Eocene, 52 million years ago. Plecia pealei was a true member of the Fly family. Wingspan is about 17 mm. No paint or glue has been used. Nice wings, abdomen, head, thorax, legs, etc. A very cool little fossil of this creature!We invite you to visit our store.
