Description: This is a pretty cool find: a double Pleuroceras from Jurassic-age deposits in Buttenheim, Germany. Usually, they are found either as singular specimens or in clusters, but this one features two side by side. There’s a marking where it might have been glued, but it’s most likely been kept as it was found.Although the ammonites are pyritized, in their natural state they are dull. Brushing them brings out their luster. The speciment measures 2.87" wide I gladly combine shipping.
