The title of this is "To Have and To Hold" and would most likely target brides. This bifold leaflet shares information about how glass and china are made and decorated as well as the care one should take as well as table settings. A few patterns can be spotted, like Renaissance, Sorrento, Georgian and either Richmond or Sheffield depending on if it is a gold or platinum band. The Georgian pattern is shown in the table setting picture and Sorrento as a line drawing. This is about circa 1980. The paper is Yellow with black printing. I have provided some example pictures of this item. This was made for the Fostoria Glass Company of Moundsville, West Virginia, USA and was retrieved from the factory archives after it closed. This is in good used vintage condition with some age speckles and marks appropriate to age.
