I have had amazing customer service with foxpro and actually just had this serviced about 4 months ago for some simple wires that needed soldered holding the battery box and a button sticking on the remote. It was still usable but I sent it in and they serviced it, I’ve had it out about 5 times and it all works as it should. Have killed many predators with this. I did buy this new. I love the size and volume is plenty! You get what is pictured but not getting batteries so I can ship usps. You get the original box and manual and call and remote and as a bonus you get the foxjack4 decoy that attaches to the call if desired and is controlled by the remote.
