Printed Cotton Flag from the 1886 Bicentennial of Albany, the State Capitol of New York, (and longest continuously chartered city in the United States), featuring all of the flags of nations flown over the city in those 200 years, including the Netherlands, France, England, Great Britain and the 38 Star Field of the US Flag (in use 1877-1890), along with the Official Seal of the City, having the Bicentennial riband above. The frame measures 40 1/4" by 29". The inside of the matting measures 33 3/4" by 22 5/8". NOTE: The frame shows some scratching and nicks. The flag shows MANY large stains and a couple small holes.
