Description: Original 1981 program from Abel Gance's 1927 Masterpiece "Napoleon" Presented by Francis Ford Coppola at 2/6-8 1981, the program for Abel Gance's 1927 NAPOLEON shown at Radio City Music Hall. I attended this amazing production. It had live music composed by Carmine Coppola and played by the American Symphony Orchestra, founded by Leopold Stokowski and led by Carmine Coppola. The condition of the souvenir program is very fine, almost as good as on the day it was distributed by the Radio City ushers. The color of the cover pops against the black and white image of Napoleon. Size in 9"by 6". Stapled I went to this perfomance, which was amazing. The live music was as extraordinary as the unbelievably advanced film. Anticipated the switch to color in The Wizard of Oz, this black and white classic ended with three screens running simultaneously in the colors of the French tri-color. So startling.
