Description: Limited quantities available of the original Freestyle Training book written by professional authors Laura Dayton and Kim Goss in 1995, prior to being printed under false circumstances as "written" by George Snyder and later dissected and pasted together missing critical elements that are the property of Dayton and Goss and republished under Snyder's name alone. With each subsequent printing Snyder had to remove more proprietary information that was quoted from individuals he had never met or known that were colleagues of Dayton and Goss, until the book was not much more than a photo book of Snyder's years as a gym owner and friend of some celebrity 1970's bodybuilders who road bikes. Dayton and Goss both hold journalistic degrees from four year colleges and have successful careers writing in the strength, sports and conditioning fields, while Snyder has been a gym owner and contest promoter with a reputation for holding rigged contests. He has published some magazines, none with long nor successful runs. This original publication still contains pertinent and ground-breaking information to help women train their lower body to achieve a slimmer and firmer build without the muscle sometimes seen on powerlifters or women bodybuilders. This book also cautions women from overtraining the lower body, something that Snyder does not seem to understand in his later versions of the book. Each of these books is autographed by Laura Dayton to ensure it's authenticity.
