Description: Large French Colonial Wrought Iron Hanging Decorative Transom Piece 54". This is an interesting piece - it is not antique - more modern in age (10-15 years old) and is hand-made/welded. Very heavy at 15 pounds. Has two rings for hanging piece from a transom or even outside but I would weather protect the iron with a stronger finish if using outside. This piece was in our attic space from a previous homeowner who was an interior designer. I kept this piece for years and just haven't found the right place for it. It is has a rustic flair but is also elegant. It's ready to be showcased. Measures just over 54 inches long and 10.5 inches tall. Good pre-owned condition, the finish has some wear/dings as shown in pictures. Smoke free and ships quickly - daily - Monday through Friday.
