Comes with Black 10 Spoke Aluminum Mags (Unbranded Rims) 16 Tooth Free-Wheel and with Mongoose Tires. There may be some minor surface rust on the metal parts, dings, dents, scratches may also be present (See pictures of the wheel for greater details). Tires takes 40 psi tire pressure with estimated +95% tread. Overall, wheels are very clean, in nice condition, and work well.
