Also great for when the lights go out. It features a power source of Unleaded Fuel or Coleman Fuel / White gas and operates for around 6-8 hours. This lantern has a color of Red and Black, and made of Brass, Glass, Aluminum, and Metal, weighing roughly 5lbs 6oz. It has a single mantle burner and an operating range of 11 meters. This lantern is a must-have for any collector or outdoor enthusiast and is perfect for those who love to explore the great outdoors. This is a neat piece to fire up in the back yard for an evening of relaxing or enjoying outside with your morning coffee. There is nothing like the sound and smell of a vintage lantern. The light is a nice warm glow. Great around campfires, back yard camping, and pretty much anything. Bring some Excitement and Vintage History into your life! Modern battery lanterns are not the same. This lantern has been fully disassembled, old failed paint and rust removed, fount thoroughly cleaned and pressure tested, all parts cleaned and inspected, all parts needing replacement are replaced, and brass polished. This Lantern had minor rust inside the fount. Rust has be killed, removed, and lined with POR-15 fuel tank sealer/restorer. The paint applied to the hat is Extreme temperature primer and Extreme temperature top coat paint which I have tested on my own lanterns for countless hours now. The fount has been properly prepped and primed. Top coat paint applied, states gas and chemical resistant. Clearcoat applied, states gas and chemical resistant. I do strongly recommend to purchase a squeezable gas bottle with aluminum nozzle to keep fuel off of the surfaces. It will also help from spilling fuel as fuel is not cheap these days. EXAMPLE Remember these are vintage so they are old and have been used. I do my best to remove dings and imperfections from them. Most turn out almost perfect but some minor imperfections could still be present due to the age. I have restored hundreds and collect hundreds. I know what I am doing, and enjoy everyone very much.
