Widmann Type VI Eagle Head Pommel Silvered Sword (c. 1840) Beautiful blued blade with gold engraving. Sword hilt, pommel, langets, knuckle bow, quillion, guard, and scabbard all have remnants of silver washing. The blade under the langet has the W engraved signifying the Widmann maker mark. I also believe I can make out theKings head mark on the obverse as well. I tried to photograph but couldn’t get a good picture. The knuckle bow and guard has a very very slight wiggle typical of these swords. Please see pictures for overall condition. I only ship within the continental US Shipping cost covers full insurance
