The bubbles, controlled by craftsmanship, are arranged in a dreamlike manner with pure thin gold within the soft form of green glass. Bears the label of Vetri murano (VM) by Consorzio Venezia Vetro, which reads number of 039 that was used by Gambaro & Poggi Glass Company.Vetreria Artistica Gambaro & Poggi Glass Company was founded in 1974 by Mario Gambaro and Bruno Poggi. The two brothers in law – Mario is married with Bruno’s sister – were born and grew up in Murano. As for all previous and present glass masters, their training was working with some of the most famous glass artists – in their case Archimede Seguso and Alfredo Barbini – or at some of the most important glass companies, as Seguso Vetri d’Arte, Vincenzo Nason and Barovier & Toso. Their company soon became popular for their refined products and their new stiles and shapes. After the retirement of Mario, the furnace has now become Gambaro e Tagliapietra Srl Murano Glass Studio. However, this vase is thought to have been produced during the Gambaro & Poggi era. There are no noticeable scratches or stains. Generally good condition.
