Description: Very rare, vintage modem from General DataComm. This is the Quester v.34 modem. I worked at this company during the 1990's and this was my personal modem given to me by one of the sales executives. I just tested it by connecting it to a Windows 95 laptop and dialing a NIST time server (which still amazingly exists). I was able to connect and it sent back to me the current time. See screenshot. Includes- modem- serial cable- power supply (i'm not sure this was the original it came with but when it was given to me it had this US Robotics PS)- phone cable- box There are no manuals included
