Description: Original artillery Lugar holster. There is a crude leather pouch sewn into the inside of the top flat for the Lugar tool - This appears to be added after manufacture. The strap that locks the flap closed is attached but barely - Most of that stitching is gone. No markings I could find. 11 1/2 inches tall by 8 inches across in size.
