Description: Germany 1958 Scott B362-65 Semipostal Mint Never Hinged Fine-Very Fine SCV $7.20. This set of semipostal stamps was issued to support independent welfare organizations. Pictured are Friedrich Wilhelm Raiffeisen (a pioneer in the development of financial cooperatives, who created the first credit union), a dairymaid, a girl picking grapes, and a farmer with a pitchfork. Stamps will be sent USPS first class mail with stiffeners to protect stamp. I am changing how shipping charges are done. However, if you buy more than one lot, there is only a single shipping charge based on the weight of all of the lots. In order to get the combined shipping charge you need to put all the lots in the same shopping cart and then buy them, but don't pay for them until I send you an invoice, which will show the combined shipping cost. If you buy the items separately, you will be charged a shipping cost by eBay for each individual lot. Additionally, I am charged an order fee by eBay for each order that is made. So if you purchase items separately, rather than putting them in the shopping cart and purchasing together, I get charged much more by eBay. International shipping rates are determined by eBay and are the responsibility of the buyer. For small, inexpensive lots I will ship by untracked mail at lower cost at buyer's risk (If I have set that possibility, that is what will show on your shipping cost).
