Description: I was visiting my home town, Aberdeen in Scotland, and I noticed this little tree near my mum's house throwing some interesting Shadows on the granite wall. Most of the houses and walls in Aberdeen are built with gray granite.I thought this painting would look very good thickly applied oil paint.Painted on an MDF Panel which has three layers of gesso applied, then painted over on the back. I am inspired by why the beautiful landscapes of places I visit, including the country of my birth. And also inspired by the female form, order female landscape as I like to call it. But I will never can find myself to any particular genre- it's not what you paint, it's how you paint it.
