Made for limitless self-expression, this model inherits the DNA of the original version, but features more updated specifications from the original version, such as a refined body contour, improved weight and balance, and an Explorer headstock. The updated Gibson Victory Figured Top has a 25.5-inch scale, a mahogany neck with a compound radius for improved playability, a slim taper profile, and an ebony fingerboard with 24 medium jumbo frets. The mahogany body is finished with an AA figured maple cap, a Tune-O-Matic bridge, a stop bar tailpiece, and a gloss nitrocellulose lacquer finish. The pickups are equipped with two 80s Tribute humbuckers, and the push/pull of the master volume and tone controls allows you to select the inner/outer coil when coil splitting. Comes with a Gibson hardshell case. The original Gibson Victory, released in the late 1970s at the end of the Kalamazoo factory's life, was too cutting-edge for its time and was never supported by many players.
