The frosted finish is excellent all around with no bald spots or marks. The bottom of the foot has slight shelf wear as expected. The glass has a light green glow under UV light. This piece is a Gillinder Lion Berry (or Sauce) Bowl which is completely frosted like many of the child's toy sets. It is beleived to have been included in a toy set as a compote.
