Description: GIORNO IN VENEZIA (A Day in Venice) by Ethelbert Nevin Op. 25 was published by The John Church Company in 1898. The piano book consists of four pieces, "Alba" (Dawn), "Gondolieri" (Gondoliers), "Canzone Amorosa" (Venetian Love Song), "Buona Notte" (Good Night). On the page spread before each piano piece is a page at left with quotes of poetry and, on the right page, a drawing in sepia. The cover is purple with a string at the spine, silver lettering and gilt decoration at front. Very good condition. Pages are tanned. Wear at cover corners. The gilt decoration at front is probably dulled. Thanks for looking!
