On a pro grading scale, I would rate it as fine/very fine. (I have 30+ years experience working in comics retail and grading comics.). There are a few dings along the spine, some corner dullness, and a bit of light wear on the covers. There may be a little light storage wear on the spine and covers. The item dates from 2005.
