Description: This is a completely rebuilt 6.0 GM long block by a full line machine shop with over 35 years experience. This is a conventional roller camshaft and will NOT fit applications with multiple cylinder displacement. Cylinder bores are refinished and fresh new pistons and rings installed. Crankshaft are ground and micro polished to beyond factory specifications. Camshaft mains are reground and over sized cam bearings are installed to eliminate the biggest failure area of these engines. Cylinder heads are pressure tested, completely cleaned, guides replaced and a complete three angled valve job with new valve seals. Gaskets are included. Engine are assembled with either Fel-Pro or Mahle gaskets. NO IMPORTED CRAP HERE! There will be a strictly enforced $550 core charge billed to you on a separate invoice. Core must be returned to us freight prepaid within 30 days of receipt of this engine. We can give you a quote on freight as we get good pricing. Core will be disassembled and inspected before the core charge is refunded. All parts MUST be on core and it must be fully assembled when returned. Cores with holes or cracks in the block, spun main bores, spun cam bearing bores, cracked heads or crankshafts beyond usable limits will be assessed for core value. You may not receive the full core value if any of these conditions exist. Please contact us with any questions about this before buying. These engines are very hard to find and the cores are even harder! GM's current core charge is much higher than ours. Warranty is 12 months or 12,000 miles and installation must be done by a ASE level 5 mastertech and proof of such must be received to validate warranty. Warranty paperwork must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase or warranty is void. NO EXCEPTIONS! In case of warranty engine must be returned to us freight prepaid for inspection. WE DO NOT PAY LABOR! Please only buy from us if you are skilled and capable enough to properly install and tune this engine. Most failures of modern rebuilt engines result from improper installation.
