Description: Thanks for looking! For sale is an original Goebel M.I. Hummel figurine #11 - Merry Wanderer, which measures approximately 5" tall. The bottom of the base has the incised crown trademark and incised "11" only, without a size designator, making it a very early piece from the 1935 - 1939 time period. It is also signed by the artist in red, which typically signified a master painter. The figurine is well kept. The only blemishes are a small chip (approximately 2mm or 1/16") near the bottom of the base, which can be seen in the 1st photo, and minor crazing on the base.
