Description: Early Goodwin Granger Deluxe 9050 9’ 5 oz Bamboo Fly Rod. This rod was professionally restored by Rattlesnake Rods and is about as straight as can be. The 2 tips as shown in photos are slightly shorter than factory. All wraps are silk and restored with color and pattern to match the original. 5 coats of marine spar varnish was used to finish the rod. Grip appears to be altered to create a thumb grip similar to a South Bend and is extremely comfortable. Classic black Granger tube appears to be an original to rod but has no label. All parts and pieces from original rod were removed and reinstalled in their exact same location using millimeters to measure original parts. Bag is canvass which is similar to or is the same as Granger but I don’t know if it is original to the rod. Please use the photos to review the condition/ imperfections of this rod and ask any questions u may have. Photos 13-21 show the condition of the rod when received prior to restoration. There is a 30 day return if any of the workman ship fails.
