The surplus tires in this listing are practically full tread military take-off's, with over 98%+ of their original tread depth still remaining. They were originally installed on HMMWV's and may have very minor nicks or scuffs from prior use, and occasionally light over-spray (or other various paint markings) from contractors that would sometimes recoat the wheel assemblies after mounting. Outside of this, they are in otherwise great condition, with just enough miles to wear down the molding marks! Some tires may have leftover runflat lubricant on the inside from their original mounting. This lubricant is water-soluble and is easiest to remove with mild soap and water (using a nylon scrub brush to further agitate the solution can often speed up the process as well).
