Offered a beautiful art glass vase by ‘Gorgeous Designs’. It is a medium sized vase blown in a gorgeous green glass, lined with blue & cased. The top two thirds has ruffled walls that undulate in and out. The vase sits on a flat, ground base with a ‘Global Designs’ celluloid sticker, along with their mark. There is a pronounced lip around the mouth. Reference images for the best description of this piece. The vase is 5 ½” by 6” wide at the top, and is over 5 1/2” tall. It sits on a flat, ground base that is 2 3/8” in diameter. In brand new, gallery condition with no flaws. A colorful accent piece. Displays well among much more expensive pieces, sometimes refereed to as a "Handkerchief Vase" Many glass makers throughout the 19th & 20th centuries have made these and some are worth thousands of dollars!
