Description: This is a Graftech Exxon cycle. One of the first carbon fiber cycles ever made. This bike was bought by an Exxon employee from the Olympic supply. They used it in the Olympics in the 80’s and my grandfather bought it for my dad. It did have a crack under the seat where the rear wheel fork meets the seat tube. It is clearly shown in the pictures below. It was welded by a local mechanic in the 90’s and has held up since then. It has all the original parts I got from my dad. I put new grip on it and new tires that hold air.
