And, this " 6-Piece " line-up went just like this ... you know, 50-Years Ago ! -- and, just about 1-Year before The Grateful Dead were even ' officially ' Born ! as a Band in 1965 ... Jerry Garcia on Guitar, Kazoo, Banjo & Vocals -- Ron " Pigpen " McKernan on Harmonica & Vocals -- Bob " Pre-Ace ! " Weir on Guitar, Washtub Bass, Foot Crasher Jug, Kazoo & Vocals -- Dave Parker on Washboard Tub, Kazoo, Tin Cup & Vocals -- Tom Stone on Banjo, Mandolin, Guitar & Vocals -- and Mike Garrett on Washtub Bass, Guitar & Kazoo !!!!!! A tried & true " Jug Band " in the true sense of the word, and the lost art form too ! Wow ... Even Jeffrey Norman remastered this one too, way back in 1999 - so naturally ... sound quality just as nice as you could ever hope for ! --- from '64 !?!
