I do not send the items out in any condition other than the listed condition. I send them in a protective manner and am very cautious. If you find your item to be unsatisfactory in terms of condition or not as described we will accept the item back damaged at a 50% cost and you must return the item at your own cost. If you do not return the item we will not do a 50% refund. You may take up the loss with the shipping carrier as items are insured when shipped up to $50.
