The valances and tiers are made with a 1.75" top ruffle and 1.75" rod pocket. The 11"L valance is approximately 14.5"L top of ruffle to bottom hem. The 13"L valance is approximately 16.5"L top of ruffle to bottom hem. Several size options are available in this design as well as custom sizes if needed, just contact me.
