Description: St Patrick's Day top hat with brown bandThis St Patrick's Day hat is made of green felt. The band is brown velvet ribbon with a gold sparkle "buckle". Two large shamrocks are attached to the top and on side. Green satin ribbons have been added to help hold it on the head. The hat measures 6" by 5" across the brim, is 2 1/2" high and has a 3 3/4" by 2 3/4" oval head opening. The hat was made to fit 22" American Model dolls (as shown on Primavera) and Hannah Montana. Although slightly small it could be worn by American Girl and 28" Barbie (as shown) since they have similar head sizes. Also, the hat could be worn as a fascinator by a 36" My Size doll (as shown on Barbie) or a real person (as shown on my granddaughter). The majority of my designs are one-of-a-kind but there are a limited number of materials for making hats so I will probably repeat this one eventually. Normally, each item I make has a small label sewn somewhere inside and marked with my inventory code but there is no good place to hide a label in a hat so I left it out. Each design is photographed and carefully described in my personal design catalog so I can be sure never to repeat anything unique I make. Handsewn detailing increases the cost/value of the design.
