Description: This is a Huipil wall hanging that was made in Guatemala. The embroidered decoration is mainly of flowers but there are also some interesting geometrics embroidered on there too. The overall dimensions are approximately 30" wide and 41" long not including the 2 1/2" hanging loops or the 5" fringe at the bottom. The Huipil is backed with black cotton fabric. There is a label from Fair Trade sewn on the upper portion of the back stating that this was made in Guatemala. The fabric content is given as 90% cotton 10% synthetic. This gorgeous Central American Huipil wall hanging is in excellent condition. It is a very striking piece!
