Description: 5 new custom decks for Gwent, the Witcher 3 board game. These new decks are not simply a remix of the original game mechanics with new pictures. Each faction has truly unique card mechanics and battle tactics. We played hundreds of battles to test them, so you can be sure you will enjoy playing and exploring them. All the factions are well balanced and playable against the original Gwent decks (Monsters, Scoia'tael, Skellige, Northern Realms, Nilfgaard). We worked hard finalising the design, scouring the internet to find suitable pictures and customised colours; we even drew a lot ourselves. 1. Wild hunt deck (55 cards) 2. Witchers deck (56 cards) 3. Each deck has 5 leader cards, a set of special and weather cards, unit cards and hero cards. The instructions for each deck are also included. All cards are large at 5.9 x 11.2 centimetres. Suitable protective sleeves are readily available at a size of 6.1 х 11.2 cm (61х112 mm, or search for “French Tarot” size). Thickness of cards - 300 g/m2. Print quality is good and the text is sharp. WILD HUNT The Wild Hunt riders are powerful warriors, but they are few. To win the battle you must open dimensional doors and summon the whole Aen Alle army to the battlefield. Mighty sages and navigators will help you do this efficiently, but be careful! Your opponent will try to stop you! WITCHERS In this deck there are no standard skills like Decoy or Scorch. You must learn to use only magical signs and potions like a real witcher! There are five different witcher schools in this deck, and each one has its own unique battle tactic and specialisation. Each specialisation can increase the efficiency of appropriate signs and potions, but they are not universal. Some of them can be effective against one deck, but ineffective against another, so you should carefully study your opponent's army and their battle tactics and build your deck accordingly. Combine different schools, signs and potions to crush your opponent! TOUSSAINT Toussaint is a faction of wandering knights and fine wines; noble ladies and insidious gossips; fantasy creatures, cursed people and bloodthirsty vampires who hide behind human forms and can change their appearance during the battle. New spy mechanics, the Lady of the Lake with her unique Aerondight sword and many other exciting skills! VELEN Velen is a faction of rogues and marauders that patrol around the roads, necrophages and monsters that lurk in the swamps, and the mysterious Ladies of the Wood that rule these gloomy lands. This deck has no outstanding warriors, but is notable for its terrible curses and mechanics for drawing extra cards. When someone dies during the battle, the smell of blood will attract hungry ghouls and wolves, or marauders who would love to steal the boots from a dead warrior. The more deaths that occur, the more monsters and vagabonds will arrive on the battlefield to provide you extra points. REDANIA The Redania deck, led by the mad king Radovid, does not have a strong army, but has at its disposal many tactical tricks and sabotage opportunities: secret Royal Decrees, along with witch hunters and Eternal Fire fanatics who will become a real problem for your opponent. Also, characters from the Hearts of Stone expansion will fight on your side: the von Everec brothers, as well as Iris von Everec and her mysterious companions.
