These single flare black half size plugs come in a pair, and come with a total of 2 silicone bands, ensuring a comfortable and secure fit. When stretching, it is best practice to wait until your ears can fit the new size without any pain or discomfort. This will keep your ears from tearing and infection, and help protect from blowouts and scarring. Wash your hands and ears with antibacterial soap, and sanitize new jewelry with alcohol. After sanitizing and drying the jewelry, you may find your ears will accept a larger size easier while in a hot bath or shower. Lubricating your ears with coconut oil, jojoba oil, or vitamin e oil will help keep them healthy and happy, and will make your stretching journey easier. We recommend waiting about 4 months between stretches, but everyone is different and you may be able to stretch more quickly, or you may have to wait longer before a safe stretch.
