The first few front pages have an odd appearance at the hinge (see the last picture) and the edges show a little dirt. That's it- no other signs of wear or aging. The boards are like new, the hinge is nice and tight, the pages are clean and straight, and there's no play in the spine. Might be the best conditioned sixty-year-old book I've seen.
