Description: Selling a Star Trek Hallmark Deep Space Nine (DS9) Christmas Ornament. It is in very good condition. No noticeable scratches or dings, just a bit dusty. The unit has been tested for serviceability. Some parts light up faintly, and a Captain Sisko sound byte plays when the button is pressed. It is very weak, however, and hard to hear. Also, the recording will only play from the base stand. The unit rests on a black base pedestal, which is where the batteries go for the lights/recording...It requires two AAA batteries (not included). The pedestal is optional (in case you want to hang the station from the tree), but the station will not function unless it is plugged into the base. There are several eye hooks attached to the station's pylons. These are for additional Star Trek ships sold separately (green box miniatures)..
