I think this might be a hand made sample for a magazine. There is nothing on it that says where it was made. The seam on the hem looks totally hand done. This is a classic plaid skirt and it's HALSTON! This is In very good vintage condition. It has some minor pilling. Please see photos for measurements and condition. This material does not stretch, so please check the waist measurements carefully.
