Hamilton Railroad 992 - Dual Time Zone - Canadian Dial

Description: Hamilton Dual Time Zone Railroad Pocket Watch. Hamilton 992 Model 2 Railroad grade 21 jewels movement dating to 1919. In excellent working order and keeping very good time in all positions. Canadian 24 hour double-sunk enamel dial in near mint condition (unrestored and original). Two-hour hands for dual time zones (permanent 1 hour difference). Gold filled swing-out 'Fortune' case made by American Watch Case Co. Toronto. The case is in excellent condition with the only visible wear on the bow. One very small ding on the side (can be seen in photo 8). Lever set under screwdown bezel works as it should. Bezel threads have no wear and it screws down firmly. The crystal is old but is not cracked and is clear. Small scratches/patina can be seen in the photos from the side angles. Measures 53mm diameter. A very rare and collectable watch made by Hamilton for the Canadian market for use on the Canada Pacific Railway. Worldwide postage from France.
