Description: Hand Painted Makkum Dutch Pottery Plate - Hunter in Floral Border - Signed This 6 1/2" plate is in excellent condition with no nicks, chips, cracks, crazing, or scratches. Produced by Aardewerk Fabriek Workem, the plate is signed by artist Anton Mous who trained for one year under S. F. Doting. Dating from between 1967 and 1984, the scalloped plate has a border of yellow flowers with blue, olive green and brown surround. Centered is a hunter with spear in medieval garb.
