Please make your own determination in the maker and vintage. After carful inspection this piece is in pretty wonderful condition with no damage or issues other than a few tiny chips on a few tips of the leaves as seen in photos. There are a couple defects from making the piece. One long crack on the footed base as seen in photos. I am confident the crack is probably from the process of making the piece. The crack is glazed over during the finishing process of the piece. Another defect under some of the leaves as seen in photos. The piece appears to be hand painted. The stamp on the bottom is smudged but does appear to spell “Italy” Very carefully packed and double maybe triple boxed for shipping.
