The barrel (tree holder) removes from the legs but I don’t know why. A wonderful vintage (from the 1950s) Christmas collectible for displaying your tree Made In the USA. Measurements: The tree barrel opening is 4” across (I assume the actual maximum tree trunk dimension would be smaller). The four legs spread out to about 26” for a nice stable platform. And it stands about 10” tall with the legs spread out. Condition; the tree stand looks almost new but could still use some polishing.
