Review This monumental analytical work on Kelsens famous explanation of world politics from a methodological justice-seeking perspective leaves us impressed and fairly convinced of the fact that Kelsen, in the hands of Robert Schuett, presents himself as a realist rather than an idealist [...] Both style and art of telling earns our applause. This immediately calls for the readers attention and, to be sure, he or she will get satisfi ed: Kelsens contemporary mentalist connections gain colour. A gentle genre painting of the world of yesterday bobs up.--Ursula Werther-Pietsch "Zeitschrift fÜr öffentliches Recht" Review Quote Presents a new Kelsen: the progressive political realist. A major step forwards for Kelsen scholarship.
