Description: Harley Sportster XLCH XLH Engine 1000 Crank Rods Pistons Flywheel Ironhead +0.030 Pistons PLEASE READ DESCRIPTIVE NOTES *** Please note these are used they have normal wear and tear these came in with a load of old Harley-Davidson Sportster parts Please know everything looks good on this unit it looks like it's trued up at least a visually I did not put a gauge on it the outer shafts on both sides are nice and tight and snug the way that they're supposed to be there's no wobbliness anywhere the gears and the bearings are there and usable the bearings you're going to want to clean up and read grease but they spin freely the other shaft threads look good there is no weird play in the connecting rods or anything like that the Pistons at the wrist pin move nice and freely there's no weird gumming up or anything like that in my opinion this is a nice usable part at least visually like I said I didn't put a gauge on it or anything like that but it seems to be almost ready to go at least the Pistons I believe are slightly oversized I would recommend replacing at least the compression rings on one of the Pistons because they don't really spin very freely around there seem a little bit sticky the other ones spin freely either way these look like some good parts for a rebuild for your engine Please look closely at the pictures what you see is what you get exactly if you have questions please ask I will try my best to help thank you Connecting rod part number Rpls 24296-52 For sale is a OEM harley sportster 1000 engine crank/ flywheel w/ rods and pistons.
