It was hand painted/finished by local craftsmen in the Cotswold area of England. Harmony Kingdom description: "Peter was inspired to carve this piece after reading lobsters are apparently the only creatures we still kill at ‘home’ before eating – death by boiling!Also his own encounter with live lobsters in a lobster pot on a beach following a storm. Needless to say, Peter being Peter released them all!This is an intricately carved piece revealing the lobsters ‘hanging out’ of their cell with some resigned and comical expressions.
