Overall about 3.5 inches tall and wide and 4 inches deep. It is signed "Max" and dated 02-22-2002 and has a small cross symbol imbedded into the bottom. The whistle does work by blowing into the mouth. Yeah, I know...weird....It is fairly weighty, so you could also use it as a paperweight. If you can find some paper these days anyway...
